Manage full-cycle talent acquisition: source candidates, run recruiting processes, build pipelines, coordinate events, train hiring managers, report metrics, support onboarding and broader HR projects.

Manage daily operations of a small mail room/copy center or scanning facility, supervise and train staff, handle customer issues and contract compliance, maintain workflow, report performance, manage supplies and site reports, and support recruiting and site profitability.

Participate in training and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Serve as primary client contact for transfer agent services, managing a client portfolio to ensure service delivery, issue resolution, invoicing accuracy, and client satisfaction. Coordinate internal teams, support renewals and upsell opportunities with Sales, lead client reviews, maintain accurate records, and advise clients on industry/regulatory changes.

Coordinate and execute organic social strategy across multiple beverage brands. Build and manage monthly content calendars, post and schedule content, run community management and social listening, support agency relationships, ideate content, assist reporting, and support influencer/partnership efforts to grow engagement and brand awareness.

Provide strategic leadership and fiduciary oversight for a faith-based foundation; serve as principal ambassador and fundraiser; strengthen relationships with churches, donors, and Conference leaders; oversee operations, budgeting, risk management, and staff culture; advance endowment growth, planned giving, and stakeholder experience while aligning with United Methodist mission and governance.

Provide telephone and email support to commercial clients for banking products (online/mobile banking, ACH, remote deposit, cards, positive pay). Facilitate onboarding, perform account and service maintenance, troubleshoot basic technical issues, follow procedures, meet SLAs, and cross-train on departmental tasks while supporting compliance and process improvement.

Sell Toyota vehicles by demonstrating products, building customer relationships, facilitating sales, maintaining product presentation, following up on leads, completing manufacturer training/certification, and supporting team growth through recruiting and training.

Provide litigation intake and docket management, support discovery and subpoenas, coordinate with outside counsel and business units, assist with regulatory and compliance matters, maintain matter management systems, track legislative developments, and improve legal operations processes.
