Lead Ivy Rehab's brand strategy and visual/verbal identity across 700+ locations. Drive rebrand strategy, enforce brand guidelines, oversee omnichannel creative (design, copy, video), manage internal and external creative teams, and collaborate with operations and clinical stakeholders to produce campaigns and assets that support business goals and patient engagement.

Serve as the primary in-house attorney providing day-to-day legal support across contracts, leases, construction, vendor and employment matters; advise senior leadership on legal risk and strategy; manage outside counsel; maintain legal files, templates, compliance, and HR support. Role may be full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week).

Lead large-scale Ellucian ERP (Banner/Colleague) on-premise to SaaS transformations across multiple workstreams. Establish program governance, manage budgets and risks, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, report to executive sponsors, set KPIs, and coach project managers to ensure successful delivery, benefits realization, and stakeholder alignment.

Prepare and maintain internal and external financial reporting, execute month-end close, reconcile balance sheet accounts, perform U.S. GAAP technical accounting research, support audits and international accounting (Germany, Canada), analyze variances, and improve accounting processes.
