Develop and optimize clinical production processes for medical imaging analysts. Establish operational metrics, design scalable workflows, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with 3D CT analysts, Clinical QA, Software QA, and Product Management. Support quality, compliance, and clinical operations as the company scales and commercializes its software-as-a-medical-device products.

Manage client software implementation projects from initiation through completion, overseeing scope, timelines, resources, risks, team adherence, and client onboarding. Troubleshoots disruptions, administers servers and directories, documents solutions, supports users and customers, participates in on-call rotation, and automates routine administration with Bash and PowerShell.

Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support software across production and non-production environments. Translate technical specifications into software, contribute to estimates and documentation, research solutions, communicate project risks, and participate in on-call and after-hours production support. The role requires knowledge of programming languages, databases, software design, networking, operating systems, development methodologies, and business requirements.

Own accounting operations and financial reporting for a hardware-plus-subscription business: lead close processes, enforce revenue recognition and inventory/COGS policies, manage accounting team and external audits, oversee AP/AR/payroll and cash controls, drive internal controls and tax compliance, and lead accounting systems/ERP integration efforts to scale processes.

Provide front-desk support by answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, enforcing confidentiality and visitor protocols (including LobbyGuard), monitoring security systems, handling mail and clerical tasks, assisting clients, taking ID photos, checking out devices, and following emergency and safety procedures.

Lead RDF's communications strategy and execution to position the organization as a national thought leader. Translate complex financial and development work into accessible narratives, manage media relations and executive communications, build and scale a communications team and vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional messaging to amplify client, partner, and community stories.
