Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency in clinical production? Join us as a dynamic Senior Process Engineer to revolutionize our clinical production processes and build out workflows for our team of medical imaging analysts. In this pivotal role, you'll develop key operational metrics, design seamless workflows, and foster team and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work hand-in-hand with our talented 3D CT analysts, as well as our Clinical QA, Software QA, and Product Management teams to propel our clinical operations to new heights as we rapidly scale and commercialize. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering or an operational optimization role with software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) or medical imaging products.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
  • Strong eye for optimization and a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and compliance.
Work Location:
  • This role is on-site, based out of our office in Boston, MA. We operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration.
Salary Range:
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $135,00-$165,000. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description. 

Skills Required
