Serve as the primary on-site Traba representative at a client facility, managing worker onboarding, scheduling, performance support, and day-to-day operations. Lead executive business reviews, demonstrate ROI, map customer workflows, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, negotiate renewals, and maintain accurate health and forecast data. Partner with Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering while contributing to customer success playbooks and health-scoring models. The role requires a proactive, commercially confident approach and familiarity with professional-services operations, including utilization, billable hours, and project margins.

Convert prospective members into EHE Membership clients through inbound inquiries, consultative discovery, education about preventive healthcare services, pricing discussions, objection handling, follow-up, and enrollment closing. Deliver a concierge-level customer experience, achieve conversion goals, and support improvements to sales messaging and enrollment processes.
