Client Services Representative

The Client Services Representative provides professional support to Stego Industries' customers and internal teams by responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate account information, coordinating service requests, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities. This remote position is ideal for an organized, detail oriented professional who communicates effectively, enjoys helping customers, and can provide dependable service while working independently.

• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, accounts, and general service requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and account information.
• Assist with routine billing, order, and account related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve service issues.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, business correspondence, and other documentation.
• Perform general administrative, recordkeeping, and data entry duties.
• Follow established procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle client, company, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, client services, administrative support, or related professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.

• Experience using CRM, customer service, or account management software.
• Experience supporting customers in construction, building materials, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry.
• Experience working with cross functional teams in a professional business environment.
