Support enrollment marketing by building, testing, launching, and QA-ing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, data hygiene, segmentation, and documentation while identifying workflow efficiencies to improve campaign operations.

Own the backend of the email program: configure ESP, maintain data/segmentation integrations, build templates and automated lifecycle flows, ensure QA and deliverability, implement reporting, document systems, and train marketing to run campaigns independently.

Perform product and process engineering for semiconductor/passive component manufacturing: prototype fabrication, design/test fixture development, production troubleshooting, process improvements, documentation, customer interaction, and occasional field travel to resolve product issues.

Review and verify loan documents and borrower information, confirm underwriting conditions, resolve documentation discrepancies, approve loans for funding, and train Loan Assistants and Loan Officers on duties and LoanVantage to ensure accurate, compliant, timely disbursement.

Provide administrative and customer-service support to the sales team: answer phones, greet customers, prepare flyers/signage, perform CRM entries, compose correspondence and reports, schedule meetings, take minutes, track budgets, organize listings, research data, and assist with open houses and vendor coordination as directed.

Advise small business clients on federal certification programs (8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone), manage certification lifecycles and SAM profiles, structure SBA-compliant Joint Ventures and Mentor-Protege arrangements, support audits and reporting, and maintain compliance with SBA regulations.

Identify and qualify net-new B2B prospects to build a sales pipeline, master product and industry knowledge, engage prospects with targeted outreach, build lasting relationships, and use CRM and sales tools to drive efficient, data-driven outreach.
