GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for preparing and verifying loan documents before funding, ensuring accuracy,
compliance, and timely disbursement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
Verify borrowers' information, incomes, assets, and employment.
Confirm underwriting conditions have been met.
Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies before closing or funding.
Approve loans for funding once all requirements are met.
Responsible for training new Loan Assistants on all duties.
Responsible for training on LoanVantage for new Loan Officers and Loan Assistants.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.
EXPERIENCE GENERAL
5 years related experience and/or training

- High school diploma or GED plus specialized schooling or on-the-job education in clerical/administrative or related areas
- 5 years related experience and/or training
- Experience with LoanVantage or equivalent loan origination system
