Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-growth AI startup: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing across technical, leadership, and business roles. Partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, improve processes, and support employer branding and onboarding initiatives.

Manage and coordinate asbestos and hazardous-materials projects: plan and track schedules and budgets, conduct fieldwork coordination, write and review reports, ensure QC and safety, train and audit field staff, communicate with customers and vendors, and support senior PMs and operations.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware and kernel/user-mode device drivers for Ethernet-based networking devices. Design, implement, test, and integrate drivers into a Linux and AUTOSAR communication stack, build SDK components, and create debug/test utilities and automated unit/system tests for safety-critical automotive applications.

Lead EO/IR systems programs as the primary customer interface, ensuring design and development meet budget, schedule, and path to low rate initial production. Oversee technical and military project execution, coordinate stakeholders, and report program status to internal and external customers.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows. Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Operate Kubernetes and containerized environments (EKS, ECS, Fargate) and tooling such as Argo Workflows. Support AI engineering platform adoption and partner with DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams to implement scalable, secure infrastructure patterns and internal developer tooling.

Manage and grow government and corporate funding by building relationships with local, state, and federal agencies; set and meet public funding goals; oversee RFPs and contracts; coordinate with advancement staff, board, and finance; represent NDI at community events; prepare reports for leadership and board.

Conduct post-closing quality control audits of residential mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with investor, agency, state, and federal requirements; identify defects, root causes, and risks; document findings in QC software; communicate issues to operations and management; support corrective actions, special reviews, and process improvements.

Sell print, digital and niche advertising within an assigned territory with heavy emphasis on new business, cold calling and contract negotiation. Manage and upsell existing accounts, implement company selling strategies (especially digital), use sales tracking systems, attend meetings/events, collaborate with account management and ad ops, and perform field work about 50% of the time.

Provides administrative HR support across business locations: benefits administration, I-9 verification, background check assistance, payroll/benefits reconciliation, candidate tracking in HRIS, scheduling interviews, record-keeping, audits, and general clerical tasks to support HR operations and the director of HR.

Manage day-to-day operations for AI systems, maintain integrations, build and deploy production AI/automation use cases, monitor model performance and data quality, map and improve processes, produce reports and dashboards, and drive AI adoption and governance across the business.
