The Customer Success Manager will manage key accounts, drive retention, lead business reviews, and ensure a top-notch onboarding experience for enterprise clients, aiming for growth and satisfaction.

Serve as the CEO's operational right hand, managing executive calendar, travel, communications, contracts, and cross-functional project execution. Lead technology vision, product and platform delivery, cybersecurity, privacy and K-12 compliance. Drive architecture, vendor management, operations, AI governance, and partner with executive team to scale the Checkology platform and organizational systems.

Sell FEITIAN authentication and access-control solutions to enterprises by developing pipeline, closing new business, expanding accounts, managing CRM and forecasts, leading demos/POCs/RFPs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building partner relationships across identity, MFA, FIDO2, PKI, smartcard, SSO, and Zero Trust initiatives.

Lead and scale Eleos's operations by overseeing an external ops firm, managing finance/grants/compliance, maintaining policies and systems, supporting hiring and the board, and expanding in-house operations and facilities.

Own end-to-end negotiation, drafting, redlining, and execution of enterprise customer, partner, and channel agreements. Participate in deal calls, balance speed and risk, enable sales, advise cross-functionally, and support product/data privacy and AI-related legal questions.

Convert AI-surfaced buying signals into qualified meetings for mid-market and enterprise AEs. Execute personalized multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), qualify prospects and decision-makers, leverage AI tooling for research and sequencing, engage operations/finance/HR/IT leaders, and help shape the outbound playbook and messaging.

Lead retention and expansion of strategic enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, identifying high-value problems, driving product/data solutions, leading business reviews, onboarding clients, growing revenue, and partnering with Product and Engineering to scale playbooks and inform roadmap.
