The role focuses on reducing past-due balances, improving cash flow and DSO, identifying collection risks, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.

Support the full employee lifecycle for HQ and Field employees including onboarding, offboarding, I-9 and background check compliance, Workday data management, and benefits support. Maintain audit-ready HR records, answer HR inquiries, manage Workday transactions, and partner cross-functionally to improve onboarding and HR processes.

Manage end-to-end speaker logistics for national cybersecurity events, including onboarding, travel coordination, schedule and rehearsal management, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Partner with programming, marketing, production, and operations to ensure speaker deliverables, maintain records, monitor related budgets, and continuously improve speaker processes. Travel up to 25% annually.

Support and lead smaller DoD IT project work packages: plan, track schedules and deliverables, maintain documentation, facilitate meetings, monitor risks, coordinate resources, manage timesheets, ensure contract and security compliance, and maintain project repositories under senior PM guidance.
