Lead and scale the customer implementation function from contract to production: manage kickoff, data migration, integrations, training, go-live and early adoption. Hire and coach onboarding teams, systemize implementation playbooks, drive time-to-first-value using automation/AI, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and surface product friction to engineering to improve outcomes and metrics.

Design, develop, and maintain diesel engine products, systems, components and accessories. Produce detailed layouts and schematics, coordinate prototype manufacturing, define and run tests, analyze results, and resolve design or manufacturing issues.

Support senior engineers on design, prototyping, testing, data analysis, and documentation for custom conveyor systems. Use CAD to produce drawings/models, assist with prototype assembly and performance testing, and collaborate with manufacturing, installation, and project teams. Research industry trends and contribute improvement recommendations.

Manage and optimize CRM platforms, support cross-departmental student marketing initiatives, implement automation and AI-enabled tools, create training and communications, troubleshoot and maintain CRM functionality, and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders to improve campaign performance.

Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects; lead technical teams and liaise between business and engineering. Define project stages, maintain plans and Gantt charts, track risks/issues, manage sprints and defects in JIRA, run performance testing frameworks (LoadRunner/JMeter), coordinate onboarding via SharePoint, and conduct post-project reviews to implement best practices.

Support planning, administration, and compliance of employee benefits programs. Manage health and welfare plans, retirement, leave administration, vendor relationships, open enrollment, invoicing, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Respond to complex employee inquiries and support audits and benefits improvements.

Lead and manage construction/material-handling projects (including baggage handling/conveyor systems) as primary customer contact. Oversee project team, schedules, budgets, contracts, performance, safety, and stakeholder coordination to deliver $30-50M projects on time and on budget.
