Provides internal IT support across hardware, systems, networking, security, and employee technology training. Responsibilities include purchasing and maintaining equipment, administering company-wide systems, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, training staff on security practices, and supporting network infrastructure such as switches, cabling, access points, and server rooms.

Coordinates facilities and capital projects by managing vendors, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, schedules, inventory, meeting minutes, budgets, and project cost tracking. Lead, build, and coach an in-house SDR team to drive pipeline growth and improve conversion rates. Hire, onboard, train, and retain SDRs; run daily call reviews; optimize scripts and outreach; monitor KPIs; partner with sales leadership to hit targets and elevate team performance.

Own end-to-end leadership recruiting searches for Director, VP, and executive roles. Partner with executives to define profiles and search strategies, conduct market research and organizational mapping, identify and engage passive candidates, assess leadership scope and impact, provide market intelligence, manage interview and closing processes, and build long-term relationships with senior talent while maintaining discretion.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies for advanced nuclear fuel and reactor programs. Identify, qualify, and manage equipment and service suppliers; create category and project execution plans; analyze spend, risk, market conditions, costs, and schedules; negotiate supplier contracts and strategic agreements; review technical and quality requirements; coordinate supplier QA qualification; monitor supplier performance; manage delivery schedules; and provide commercial and contracting guidance across business units.

Support portfolio managers and traders with day-to-day account management, trade allocation/booking, cash tracking, client communications, reporting, and system updates. Assist with market analysis and respond to client queries while ensuring portfolios follow guidelines and firm strategies.
