Lead North American wholesale and national accounts for the brand, owning P&L, channel strategy, and demonstration-driven sell-through. Build and scale distribution segmentation, premium assortment, Costco/club programs, and a demonstration organization. Oversee US and Canada operations, partner with analytics, DTC, marketing, logistics and finance, and hire and develop a high-performing sales team.

Lead MacPaw’s global PR strategy and reputation management, build relationships with Tier-1 tech media, define PR KPIs and reporting, integrate AI into workflows, manage PR budget, and mentor a high-performing team to increase brand visibility and product recognition.

Lead and deliver technical cybersecurity and compliance programs for clients, manage a small security analyst team, run gap and risk assessments, drive SOC 2/ISO/PCI audits, track project milestones and SLAs, and ensure timely achievement of security and compliance objectives.

Conduct end-to-end fraud and AML investigations, manage KYC/KYB onboarding queues, perform merchant underwriting and due diligence, validate partners with support and banks, author investigative reports, and help refine FRAML processes to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
