The Associate Consultant will support the Commercial Consulting team in managing projects, conducting research, analyzing market dynamics, and preparing deliverables for clients in the life sciences industry.

Support partnership and development operations including CRM data management, vendor contracting and payments, Asana project tracking, event support, research, SOPs, and administrative support for the Chief Partnerships Officer.

Manage corporate tax and technical accounting functions including quarterly and annual US tax provisions (ASC 740), tax compliance and filings, tax forecasts, depreciation review, tax research, audit support, and SOX control implementation.

Support end-to-end new-hire onboarding for ColumbiaDoctors: manage 10–15 concurrent cases, initiate verifications and background checks, draft offer letters, schedule orientation and medical screenings, maintain electronic records, answer main line, and ensure compliance with onboarding KPIs.

Own and operate Databricks production data pipelines for Sugar Predict: ensure reliability, cost and performance optimization, migrate legacy ETL, enforce Delta Lake and multi-tenant data isolation, implement data quality and observability, support customer onboarding, apply CI/CD and security best practices, and participate in on-call incident response.

Support the VGK Marketing team at home games and events by setting up/breaking down activations, distributing giveaways, engaging fans, assisting staff across departments and FEG properties, and working watch parties and community events. Minimum 15–20 home games; opportunity for internships for top performers.

Develops revenue within an assigned territory by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, conducting site visits, presenting rental solutions, preparing proposals, maintaining sales pipelines, and coordinating equipment delivery and service. Builds customer relationships, supports retention, collaborates with branch and operations teams, and provides market feedback. Requires outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and regular territory travel.

Develop real-time AI and machine learning software for edge sensor processing, autonomous systems, computer vision, and defense applications. Integrate software with military and commercial security systems, participate in the full development lifecycle, write scalable production code, and own customer-deployed solutions. Collaborate with R&D, sales, and product teams while using Linux, containerization, testing, and CI/CD technologies.

Lead government sales and business development targeting US DoD customers (USAF, Navy, Army). Develop and execute strategic sales plans, pursue new opportunities, manage key accounts, build partner relationships, report performance, coordinate with marketing and product teams, represent the company at events, and ensure adherence to sales policies.

Support marketing team with content creation (social, email, blog), digital campaign execution and reporting, market research, administrative tasks, and cross-functional collaboration to measure and improve marketing initiatives.
