Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise VoIP systems and cloud-hosted voice infrastructure. Manage FreeSWITCH/Asterisk-based platforms, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, Linux servers, SIP/RTP troubleshooting, database support, security hardening, and on-call incident response while collaborating with engineering, security, and customer teams.

Quota-carrying leader responsible for driving partner-sourced revenue and global market share via GSIs, hyperscalers, CCaaS and ISV partners. Build C-level alliances, execute joint business plans and co-sell motions, enable partners, run joint GTM campaigns, manage marketplace optimization, maintain forecasts in Salesforce, and lead QBRs. Frequent cross-functional orchestration and global travel required.
