Build and tune T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, and schema migrations; implement CI/CD-driven deployments using PowerShell and Azure DevOps/GitHub; troubleshoot production issues; enforce security and support backend .NET/C# integrations.

Design and build scalable full-stack web applications using Python and frameworks (Django/Rails/Laravel). Implement React front-ends, write clean production code, collaborate with product teams, and develop/maintain unit and integration tests.

Manage business transformation implementation projects: run kickoffs and status meetings, update dashboards and charters, track risks and milestones, coordinate resources and stakeholders, and report to executive sponsors while ensuring regulatory/validated environment considerations.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams as a servant leader, remove impediments, collaborate with stakeholders, track sprint metrics, ensure scope/timeline adherence, and champion Agile best practices to drive delivery.
