Position Overview: Technical Business Analyst (Contract Role):

We are seeking multiple Technical Business Analysts for a contract position for a client in Finance, with the roles based in either Alpharetta, GA, or Jacksonville, FL. The Technical Business Analyst will play a client-facing role, responsible for thoroughly analyzing client business requirements and subsequently configuring the system to align with these needs.

Technical Skills

  • Hands on Core Banking, SaaS (Software as a Service)/BaaS (Banking as a Service) experience.
  • Core Banking Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core banking platforms particularly FIS systems such as Profile and the Modern Banking Platform (MBP).
  • SQL and Data Analysis: Ability to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Business Process Modeling: Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation.
  • API Integration: Familiarity with API standards and integration methods in a banking environment.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Fresh Service. 

Banking Knowledge:

  • Financial Products Understanding: Deep knowledge of banking products such as loans, deposits, payments, and treasury.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III) and how they impact system requirements.
