Oversee GA Telesis’s aircraft and engine portfolios throughout lease terms, transitions, and end-of-life activities. Manage contractual compliance, lease financial metrics, technical obligations, maintenance events, reporting, and risk escalation. Serve as the primary lessee contact for compliance matters and coordinate with technical, legal, finance, and commercial teams on notices, consents, waivers, and amendments.

Maintains regulatory training records, matrices, LMS governance, certifications, and audit readiness. Supports audits, identifies compliance gaps, recommends corrective actions, reports completion trends, and advises leaders on regulatory requirements. Partners with HR, Quality, operational leaders, and subject-matter experts to ensure training content and documentation meet aviation and organizational standards.

Conducts full-cycle, high-volume corporate recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, offer support, onboarding, and hiring-manager partnership. Tracks recruiting KPIs, maintains talent networks, improves recruiting processes, develops job descriptions, promotes openings, and ensures consistent application of hiring policies and best practices.

Leads the PMO and customer programs at an aviation landing gear facility. Oversees aerospace MRO and OEM program execution, customer relationships, schedules, budgets, KPIs, risks, contractual compliance, cross-functional coordination, reporting, continuous improvement, and team leadership. Requires extensive aerospace program management experience, landing gear and MRO/OEM process knowledge, and strong customer relationship skills.

Senior Corporate Counsel will negotiate and draft complex, high-risk contracts, advise management and sales teams, and manage risk allocation. The role requires at least five years of transactional legal experience, strong contract drafting skills, a JD, and bar admission or eligibility for Florida Authorized House Counsel. Commercial aviation, government contracts, and cross-border transaction experience are preferred. This is an on-site South Florida position with no visa sponsorship.
