Located at our Landing Gear Services facility in Medley, FL, the Customer Relations Team Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for all customer programs at the landing gear facility. This role ensures program execution meets customer expectations, contractual obligations, and internal performance metrics including delivery, quality, and financial targets. The Team Manager will serve as the primary interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, to ensure successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) overseeing multiple landing gear MRO and OEM programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and manage program execution plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of program milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor program risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on performance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support business development, quoting activities, and program transitions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function to increase efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for internal and customer communication.
  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers and coordinators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Aerospace, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of program management experience in the aerospace or aviation industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of landing gear systems and MRO or OEM manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex aerospace programs on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, dashboards).
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
