Provides personalized branch banking service, including opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, handling cash, resolving discrepancies, and supporting digital and mobile banking. Educates customers about products and services, conducts needs assessments, makes referrals, maintains regulatory and fraud-prevention controls, and provides branch coverage. Responsibilities include obtaining invoices, updating accounts, disbursing and advancing funds, completing escrow analyses, processing refunds and loan payoffs, maintaining records, reconciling ledger entries, and preparing documentation for audits. The role also provides customer and internal support while ensuring accurate, timely processing across multiple charters.

Processes personal and commercial insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, payments, and policy changes while maintaining accurate agency records. Provides client and carrier service, updates the agency management system, monitors pending items, maintains files, supports reception, and assists with special projects. The role also promotes workflow automation, accurate data entry, confidentiality, compliance with agency procedures, and collaborative daily operations.

Process incoming and outgoing check files, including clearings and returns; balance items; monitor ATM deposits in Encenta; investigate discrepancies; resolve exceptions and tickets; respond to internal inquiries; maintain documentation for audits; and coordinate workflows to meet cash letter deadlines.

Develops commercial and agricultural lending relationships, evaluates loan applicants and credit risk, recommends loan terms, maintains customer credit files and loan portfolios, and services existing accounts. The role analyzes financial statements, cash flows, tax returns, and budgets while supporting local marketing and community networking efforts. Travel is required to meet customers and attend training.

Develops residential mortgage loan business through referral networks, customer service, product sales, and community outreach. Advises customers on mortgage, HELOC, and construction loan options; submits loans to underwriting; manages documentation, inspections, draws, collections, and funding requirements. Maintains customer confidentiality and stays informed about banking products and procedures.
