Perform board-level testing, collect and analyze large test datasets, automate tests with Python, debug firmware/hardware with lab instruments, validate to industry/ISO 17025 standards, produce validation reports, support component-level fault testing, and improve automated test frameworks and laboratory processes.

Perform hands-on compliance and validation testing of power electronics and inverter products in an ISO/IEC 17025 lab. Execute test plans, collect and analyze large datasets, produce detailed test reports, troubleshoot hardware and failures, support component-level fault testing, and develop Python automation for test execution and reporting.

Lead design, architecture, integration, test, and deployment of HWIL systems for GNC, avionics, and missile subsystems. Own requirements, ICDs, wiring, V&V, and TDP configuration control. Manage a small multidisciplinary HWIL team, support TRR/ATP/QTP events, develop BOEs and IMS plans, and coordinate customer/partner deployments and capture support.

Lead development, maturation, and operation of modeling and simulation environments for missile systems. Collaborate with GNC and HWIL teams to develop 6DoF models, integrate simulations with hardware, execute test plans, collect and analyze data, and mentor engineering teams. Support system requirements, validation/verification testing, and occasional domestic test site travel.

Lead design, development, and testing of electrical hardware for missile subsystems including power distribution, control electronics, PCB layouts, wiring/cable assemblies, and telemetry. Support component selection, EMI/EMC and environmental qualification, integration and flight/lab testing, create schematics, ICDs, test plans, and engineering documentation, and collaborate with systems engineers, government customers, and suppliers.

Lead technical authority for guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) on missile/defense systems. Develop and integrate GNC algorithms, run 6DoF and HIL simulations, plan and execute tests (including remote missile tests), mentor teams, support requirements, design, V&V, and present test results to stakeholders.
