About the OpportunityWe're building a talent pipeline for upcoming quality engineering opportunities across multiple levels. Connect with us now so you're on our radar when the right role opens.
- Junior Quality Engineer (0–3 years)
- Quality Engineer (3–6 years)
- Senior Quality Engineer (6–10 years)
- Staff/Principal Quality Engineer (10+ years)
- Quality planning, inspection processes, and control plan development
- Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA, 8D)
- Supplier quality management and incoming inspection
- Statistical process control (SPC) and process capability studies
- Cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (Six Sigma/ASQ certification a plus for senior-level roles)
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar)
- Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and SPC methods
- Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading quality programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
