Leads mechanical product development for complex assemblies, including pack structures, piping, fittings, sheet metal, plastics, and welded components. Assesses impacts to PCB assemblies, controls, diagnostics, harnesses, bills of materials, and system performance. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, reviews distributed engineering deliverables, ensures documentation quality, and mentors engineers across locations.

Manages technical services accounts through prospecting, contract negotiation, client retention, profitability, and growth. Identifies engineering talent with recruiters, interviews candidates, supports onboarding, and helps consultants develop their careers. Requires relationship-building, leadership, sales, recruiting, and business development skills in engineering or IT services.

Leads development of complex digital, mixed-signal, RF, and communications hardware from concept through production. Designs circuits and multilayer PCBs, performs signal and power integrity analyses, develops verification strategies, conducts board bring-up and validation, resolves technical issues, and supports manufacturing transition. Collaborates with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems teams while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining engineering standards.

Owns end-to-end system architecture for robotic manipulation platforms. Defines requirements, functional allocations, interfaces, roadmaps, and architecture documentation; leads cross-domain requirements decomposition, trade studies, integration, verification, validation, and acceptance planning. Drives technical decisions, manages architectural risks, establishes systems engineering governance, and mentors engineering teams through design and architecture reviews.

Own the design, development, integration, validation, and production release of automotive soft-trim interior components. Create parametric NX models, coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, manage engineering documentation and risk analyses, support testing and vehicle plant launches, troubleshoot fit, finish, dimensional, and assembly issues, and drive corrective actions. Ensure designs meet packaging, manufacturability, quality, cost, regulatory, and vehicle performance requirements.

Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for US entities; oversees accounts payable, expenses, banking, reconciliations, and multinational intercompany accounting. Strengthens controls, supports audits, drives accounting transformation and NetSuite optimization, assists with M&A integration, and leads the US accounting team. Partners with FP&A, payroll, HR, sales, and engineering in a multi-entity international environment.

The role is primarily onsite four days per week with one remote day.
