Leads Sensata’s North American datacenter sales strategy, revenue growth, strategic account development, design wins, forecasting, and commercialization. Builds executive relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, EPCs, integrators, and infrastructure partners. Oversees complex technical sales involving power distribution, electrical protection, sensing, switching, thermal management, and power conversion. Leads and develops sales, business development, and technical teams while collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and finance.

Design and validate mechanically robust, compliant military power conversion products. Lead mechanical design on NPD teams, maintain drawings/specs, support prototypes, manufacturing validation, corrosion/welding research, and customer interactions. Apply FEA/CFD/thermal and shock analysis, manufacturing knowledge, and DoD design processes to deliver production-ready hardware.

Design, develop, integrate, and validate deterministic real-time control and monitoring software on NI Linux RT and LabVIEW for mission-critical military platforms. Produce MIL-compliant documentation, perform HIL testing, support PDR/CDR reviews, troubleshoot deployed systems, and maintain configuration management and lifecycle artifacts for long-term sustainment.
