Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and hire HQ talent. Manage full-cycle recruiting, maintain ATS data and talent pipelines, deliver excellent candidate experience, and report hiring metrics to improve processes.

Lead Vuori's loyalty and membership strategy, driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, rewards governance, and program ROI. Manage cross-functional implementation, vendor relationships, KPI frameworks, and analytics to optimize member economics and scale member experiences.

Partner with regional P&C leaders and store management to support the full employee lifecycle: provide coaching, handle employee questions, conduct low-risk investigations, manage HR programs and records, ensure legal compliance, support change management, recommend policy/training improvements, and travel regionally to deliver in-person P&C support.
