Supports radio station promotions by executing on-site appearances, client activations, audience engagement activities, giveaways, signage, and equipment setup. Assists promotions and sales teams with station marketing initiatives and maintains station visibility. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, administrative, and customer-facing skills, plus flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record are required.

Executes radio station appearances, client activations, promotional events, contests, and special projects. Sets up equipment and signage, distributes promotional materials, engages audiences, captures brand-focused photos, manages social media posts, and supports station programming and sales teams. Serves as a brand ambassador, coordinates client expectations, assists with contesting and website updates, and promotes a positive station image. Requires flexible availability, communication and organizational skills, physical ability to lift equipment, and a valid driver’s license.

Supports Audacy’s Minneapolis promotions and experiences team by coordinating on-site events, assisting with setup and teardown, executing promotions and contests, supporting brand initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and partners, preparing event recaps, and following contest disclosure requirements. The role is part-time, on-site, and may require evening or weekend work, physical activity, and occasional driving of promotional vehicles.

Provides administrative and sales-process support to Sales Managers and Account Executives. Responsibilities include researching data, creating proposals, entering and revising orders in WideOrbit, managing copy production in vCreative, coordinating with traffic, preparing expenses and purchase orders, producing reports, maintaining sales materials, and coordinating meetings. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, proficiency with office software, and at least two years of related experience.
