Collaborates with quality assurance, field support, and leadership teams to improve training and audit processes.

Leads complex financial data submissions to NCCI and state insurance regulators, resolves bureau edits and rejections, and ensures accurate, timely reporting. Trains and mentors analysts, maintains reporting databases and datafeeds, improves processes, and identifies automation opportunities. Partners with Accounting, Technology, clients, and regulatory bodies to resolve root causes and reduce compliance risk across multiple states.

Conduct phone and virtual premium audits for workers’ compensation and general liability policies. Schedule client interviews and walkthroughs, verify business operations and documentation, prepare accurate audit reports, communicate findings, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues affecting client satisfaction or carrier relationships. Collaborate with internal teams while meeting quality and service deadlines.

Own product and engineering outcomes across 2–4 strategic technology and AI initiatives. Translate business strategy into requirements, prioritize backlogs, guide architecture and delivery, and improve cycle time, throughput, reliability, and customer value. Partner across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, DevOps, and Service Delivery while contributing hands-on to prototypes, troubleshooting, performance tuning, observability, automation, and CI/CD. Institutionalize AI-native practices and lead cross-functional technical discovery and product design.

Leads multiple client-facing software implementation and technology projects from initiation through delivery. Develops project and resource plans, manages scope, budgets, timelines, quality, risks, and cross-functional teams, and serves as the primary client contact. Provides status updates, resolves escalations, builds client relationships, and fosters collaborative project environments.

Establishes and maintains enterprise data governance and stewardship frameworks, policies, controls, ownership models, quality standards, lineage, catalogs, metadata, and lifecycle practices. Partners with Security, Legal, Compliance, Technology, analytics, AI, and business stakeholders to support privacy, responsible data use, regulatory adherence, and client commitments. Monitors governance adoption, identifies risks and quality issues, leads remediation, develops reporting and training, and serves as a cross-functional data governance subject matter expert.

Perform voluntary phone audits of insureds to verify information and determine premium bases; prepare accurate audit reports, communicate findings to carriers, resolve discrepancies, and meet quality and productivity targets.
