Translate AI infrastructure capabilities into compelling messaging for ML engineers, enterprise architects, sales teams, and executives. Partner with product, engineering, sales, finance, and marketing to launch GPU instances, clusters, managed Kubernetes, Slurm, storage, networking, and platform services.

Develop and execute executive communications strategies for Lambda’s leadership team. Responsibilities include shaping executive voices and public profiles, writing talking points, keynotes, long-form content and social posts, securing media and speaking opportunities, cultivating relationships with AI infrastructure reporters and analysts, creating repeatable communications systems, and managing agency relationships.

Own the technical health of post-sales AI cloud accounts, including architecture, GPU workload performance, POCs, SLA validation, reliability, escalations, and customer advocacy. Build dashboards, telemetry, health scoring, and early-warning tools while guiding training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads. Lead technical incidents, root-cause analyses, feature requests, and expansion recommendations. The role requires strong customer-facing infrastructure expertise across compute, networking, storage, and Slurm or Kubernetes, plus executive communication and comfort creating processes in ambiguous environments.

Designs and builds billing, pricing, reporting, and financial data systems using Golang and Python. Develops scalable distributed software, improves quality through code reviews and testing, establishes CI/CD and rollback practices, and monitors KPIs, revenue impact, latency, and response times to drive continuous improvement.

Lead the architecture, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise business systems across finance, supply chain, billing, and customer platforms. Develop system roadmaps, standardize tooling, automate workflows using middleware and AI, ensure SOX and ITGC compliance, troubleshoot complex issues, build reporting dashboards, and mentor team members. Build and maintain GPU/CPU compute infrastructure for bare-metal and VM provisioning. Implement distributed systems to orchestrate compute resources, troubleshoot production issues, own on-call incidents, and collaborate across teams to improve developer and customer compute experiences.
