The Vice President of HR Operations leads strategic and operational HR initiatives, ensuring workforce effectiveness, culture building, and compliance across U.S. AutoForce, while overseeing team relations and integrating business plans.

Lead end-to-end architecture for IGEN's migration from WinForms monoliths to a cloud-native, API-first Azure SaaS platform. Define integration, data, AI-augmented development, security, and observability patterns; publish ADRs; steward cloud cost, resilience, and analytics integration (Snowflake/Fivetran); mentor engineers and influence product and technology strategy across teams.

Lead enterprise sales for sustainability and transportation solutions, expand revenue within existing accounts, build executive relationships, develop and manage a proactive pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams to shape multi-solution proposals, and drive long-term client value and growth.

Lead design and implementation of scalable full‑stack, cloud‑native systems for freight optimization. Collaborate with product, design, and clients; write maintainable code and tests; mentor engineers; review PRs; participate in on‑call rotation; influence technical strategy and process improvements.

Lead the Data Science team in advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI techniques to optimize distribution and supply chain processes. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior data scientists while executing high-impact projects and shaping data-driven strategies.

Provide HR support and guidance to warehouse leaders across the West region, handling recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, safety, compliance, investigations, and HRIS/Workday optimization. Support workers' compensation, unemployment, wage-and-hour, and leave issues, and participate in M&A, relocations, and regional HR projects. Occasional regional travel required.
