The Senior Manager, Government & Regulatory Affairs is responsible for advancing GEICO's legislative and regulatory agenda, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing strategic government affairs strategies.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems, engage in cross-functional collaboration, mentor engineers, and improve processes throughout the software lifecycle.

Handle inbound calls to provide auto insurance quotes, assess customer needs, recommend coverage, convert quotes to policies, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain product knowledge. Complete in-office training then work primarily on-site; must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Lead strategic account management for a discrete group of large agency accounts to grow sales, written premium, and policies in force. Build relationships with account managers and producers, develop location-specific account plans and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional execution, facilitate calibration sessions, monitor performance, and support onboarding and enablement. Collaborate with distribution, underwriting, service, IT, and sales teams; travel frequently to accounts, events, and conferences.

Lead design and implementation of GEICO's marketing operating system to convert strategy into measurable delivery. Own governance, workflows, vendor and budget management, change management, automation/AI integration, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to improve efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance at scale.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack systems for underwriting experience, modernizing customer correspondence and automating manual processes using AI. Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in design and code reviews, define product/architecture, and apply DevOps and cloud practices to deliver production-ready solutions.

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of decision intelligence and recommendation systems. Architect scalable model ecosystems, set ML best practices, ensure data privacy and observability, partner with product and engineering, and hire and mentor an engineering team to improve performance and user experience.

Drive growth of GEICO agency relationships across an assigned territory by building relationships, delivering training, translating national initiatives to local plans, analyzing data to target opportunities, monitoring agent performance, recruiting new agents, and enforcing company policies. Role involves in-person and virtual engagement, occasional disciplinary actions, and local marketing support.

The Territory Sales Manager drives agency relationships and sales growth for GEICO products, manages agent performance, and delivers training while achieving local objectives.

The Director of Capability & Partner Transformation will drive GEICO's marketing capabilities through strategy, incubation, and modernization, focusing on partnership with various teams to ensure success metrics and business outcomes align with company goals.
