Partner with design, engineering, data, legal, marketing, risk, and treasury to improve payment success, self-service adoption, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient distributed systems and customer-facing technology platforms. Collaborate across the software lifecycle, participate in architecture sessions and code reviews, improve engineering practices, define products, and support reliability, security, monitoring, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and application deployment. The role requires experience with modern programming languages, cloud services, microservices, databases, and generative AI or LLM-based applications.

Leads enterprise AI platform strategy, roadmap, governance, investment, and delivery across engineering, architecture, product, security, legal, risk, finance, and operations. Oversees complex platform programs, dependencies, KPIs, costs, scalability, ethical AI practices, and organizational adoption. Evaluates emerging AI technologies, manages ecosystem partnerships, and advises executives while translating technical strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Serve as primary client contact to build relationships, support onboarding, resolve issues, analyze performance, and deliver presentations. Identify and qualify new business opportunities, maintain CRM pipeline, support proposals/RFPs, represent the company at events, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth for roadside, claims, and appraisal solutions.

Manage and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies across a designated territory through in-person and virtual engagement. Provide product expertise, training, local marketing support, performance monitoring, recruiting and disciplinary actions, and use data to drive agency growth and execution. Travel within territory required (40% overnight).
