Collaborate with consulting and customer partners to identify requirements, craft cross-practice solutions, drive software and services signings, nurture alliance relationships, and act as a trusted domain expert through the sales lifecycle.

Lead architecture and execution of tenant-to-tenant endpoint/device migrations (Intune + Windows). Define target-state endpoint architecture, migration sequencing, runbooks, quality gates, tooling (PowerSyncPro), cohort strategies, Autopilot provisioning, compliance re-baselining, cutover stabilization, and evidence capture. Drive troubleshooting, telemetry, and security/compliance integration (Conditional Access, certificates, Defender) and act as escalation point for systemic issues.
