Manage complex manufacturing projects from opportunity through customer acceptance: develop schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage documentation, resolve issues, ensure compliance, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Serve as scrum master and change agent to deploy agile principles across global product development teams. Facilitate meetings, coach teams on scrum/agile, remove impediments, track team metrics, drive process improvements, support backlog refinement, risk discussions, and enable faster delivery through training, tooling, and innovation practices.

Lead global projects to connect manufacturing equipment and systems (MES, ERP) using IIoT standards (OPC UA, PLCs). Define connectivity and programming standards, deploy MES, create monitoring and track-and-trace solutions, analyze data with PowerBI, and drive DFM by integrating CAD/ERP with factory systems. Collaborate globally with plants, engineering, and business systems to optimize uptime, throughput, efficiency and quality.

Manage end-to-end candidate coordination including interview scheduling, communications, logistics, ATS and job posting maintenance, onboarding support, and Talent Acquisition SharePoint upkeep. Ensure data accuracy, compliance with policies, and a consistent candidate experience while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and employment branding initiatives.

Lead regional NPI manufacturing deployment: develop standards and processes, manage launch readiness, coordinate supply chain and ramp planning, perform DFMA/PFMEA and pilot builds, drive continuous improvement, and present data-driven status to senior management.
