Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting and improving machining and production processes. Duties include resolving quality and production issues, creating CNC programs, managing tooling and process improvements, supporting PPAP and maintenance activities, reducing scrap and cycle times, implementing automation and robotics, maintaining engineering documentation, coordinating vendors, and training technicians and shop-floor personnel.

Leads corporate development and M&A activities, including strategic opportunity assessment, market research, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, transaction execution, and post-merger integration planning. Partners with business units, finance, legal, operations, external advisors, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, manage transaction timelines, assess risks, track synergies, and support portfolio optimization.

Maintains and troubleshoots plant IT infrastructure, including servers, devices, networks, storage, user access, and production systems such as Plex and Ignition. Provides first- and second-level support, manages incidents, deploys hardware and software, coordinates with service providers and corporate IT, supports manufacturing operations, and ensures compliance with company IT and security standards.

Develops and improves gear manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and automation for machining and finishing operations. Leads process development, equipment selection, cost reduction, throughput improvements, root-cause investigations, quality documentation, engineering changes, PPAP, and new product launches. Collaborates with design, production, suppliers, customers, and global manufacturing facilities to resolve issues and ensure manufacturing readiness.

Leads business analysis for CRM and marketing automation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder workshops, platform evaluations, KPI development, data analysis, integrations, testing, deployment planning, and digital transformation across sales, marketing, and customer functions.

Designs, tests, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots manufacturing control systems and equipment. Evaluates control technologies, prepares electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, ensures safety compliance, supports data collection and process improvements, maintains project documentation, coordinates suppliers, and assists manufacturing and IT teams.

Provides engineering support for manufacturing operations, production, testing, maintenance, equipment selection, installation, and process integrity. Leads technical design, equipment testing, process improvements, defect elimination, cost reduction, and production readiness initiatives. Supports new product launches, APQP activities, operator training, equipment documentation, and resolution of complex assembly-line and manufacturing-process issues, preferably in automotive manufacturing environments.

Leads global category strategy and strategic sourcing for automotive manufacturing. Responsibilities include supplier selection, RFQs, bid evaluation, cost analysis, negotiations, contracting, supplier performance management, cost reduction, VAVE, procurement budgeting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional sourcing reviews. The role owns category strategy, develops long-term supplier agreements, and ensures quality, capacity, delivery, and cost objectives across worldwide manufacturing operations.

Manage and optimize forge tooling across multiple plants, supporting continuous improvement, scrap and cost reduction, tooling documentation, inventory, reconditioning, and manufacturing operations. Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and plant tool rooms. Troubleshoot machining issues, estimate tooling costs, evaluate new technologies, maintain tooling records and layouts, and mentor tooling and manufacturing engineers. The role requires forge tool room or tool manufacturing experience, detailed forge process knowledge, and travel availability.

Provides technical engineering support in a CNC manufacturing environment. Maintains CNC and robot programs, adjusts teach points, supports automated lathes, troubleshoots assembly processes, maintains cycle times, assists with repairs and preventive maintenance, trains operations personnel, supports new job start-ups, produces trial parts, and implements process improvements.
