Dauch is searching for a Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Solutions IT to join our Information Technology organization in Detroit, Michigan. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis activities supporting the CRM & marketing automation roadmap, global design initiatives, and analytics-driven business transformation across Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Customer functions. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state business processes, evaluate technology capabilities, analyze business performance data, and support strategic digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess experience with CRM, customer engagement, marketing technology platforms, business analytics, and enterprise process design.

Job Description:

  • Lead global requirements gathering, business process analysis, and future-state design activities supporting CRM and Marketing Automation initiatives.
  • Partner with Commercial Sales, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to define business capabilities, customer journey requirements, technology roadmap priorities, and performance measurement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design reviews to support global template development, process standardization, and organizational alignment.
  • Analyze sales, customer, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, process improvement opportunities, business value drivers, and KPI requirements that support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate CRM, customer experience, marketing automation, and analytics platform capabilities, identify functional gaps, and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Define and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, reporting requirements, data integrations, and success criteria while supporting testing, business readiness, deployment planning, and stakeholder communications.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of business analysis experience supporting CRM, customer experience, sales, marketing, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, business process design, and enterprise application implementations involving CRM platforms, customer engagement solutions, marketing automation technologies, and reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing KPIs, business performance metrics, executive dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Experience analyzing customer, sales, marketing, and operational data to support strategic business decisions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, data quality, and systems integration principles.
  • Experience supporting CRM, ERP, and marketing technology integrations and associated reporting environments.
