Drafts, reviews, and manages contracts across the contract lifecycle for the hospital. Provides administrative support to senior leadership including correspondence, calendar management, scheduling, visitor and phone screening, filing, and office supply management. Ensures contracts comply with laws and organizational requirements and assists with renewals, escalations, and recordkeeping.

Oversee financial controls, coordinate internal/external audits, and foster professional development while ensuring departmental alignment with organizational objectives.

Build and manage referral relationships to drive admissions and community awareness. Coordinate with intake, clinical and business offices, attend events, execute BD and marketing plans, track assigned accounts, and support the Director of BD on budgeting and outreach.
