Provide HR support across onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS/data management, employee relations, compliance, and HR programs. Serve as a resource to employees and leaders, facilitate new-hire orientation, and support continuous improvement of HR processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

Act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and AI engineering: identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into engineering specifications, prioritize and manage a use-case pipeline, produce executive-ready AI communications using LLM tools, ensure governance and security compliance, track ROI of deployed solutions, and lead stakeholder engagement across units.

Build and maintain secure RESTful and event-driven APIs and MCP server implementations to allow AI agents to interact with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Okta, ERP). Implement authentication (OAuth2/OIDC), API gateway policies, audit logging, and monitoring. Collaborate with AI and governance teams, document integrations, and ensure secure, reliable, auditable agentic workflows.

Administer HR programs including onboarding, benefits, leave, HRIS data management, payroll-related processes, and compliance. Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders, support employee relations and performance management, coordinate training and orientation, and drive continuous improvements to HR processes to ensure an exceptional employee experience.

Support lease and equipment accounting by coordinating with real estate, operations, and vendors; maintain lease accounting software and reconcile monthly financial statement balances; update cash forecast models; monitor debt covenant compliance and other financial reporting responsibilities.

Provide HR support under the People Services Director by assisting with onboarding, training, benefits and payroll administration, employment processing, employee relations, records management, AA/EEO compliance, and general HR inquiries. Help develop HR solutions, coach managers and employees, support culture activities, and perform other assigned HR duties.

Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities, analyze variances, support audits and quarterly reviews, enforce internal controls, research accounting standards, collaborate with site finance teams, and mentor junior staff.

Lead departmental finance operations including budgeting, audits, staffing, compliance (HIPAA), and performance management. Oversee hiring, training, disciplinary actions, and continuous improvement. Coordinate internal/external audits, ensure regulatory adherence, manage sensitive information, and support departmental goals to align with organizational objectives. Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%).
