Provides front-desk and administrative support for a rehabilitation hospital. This PRN role floats between Chandler and Gilbert locations and has no guaranteed weekly hours.

Develops referral relationships and business for an acute rehabilitation program through community education, face-to-face outreach, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. The liaison identifies admission barriers, works with program leadership, and maintains relationships with patients, families, physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers across an assigned market territory.

Designs, develops, optimizes, and deploys data workflows, analytics applications, and AI-driven healthcare solutions using Palantir Foundry, Python, SQL, and TypeScript. Analyzes complex datasets, builds scalable data models, integrates applications into healthcare workflows, and translates business needs into technical solutions. Collaborates with technical, business, and healthcare stakeholders while supporting application performance and continuous improvement.

Provide administrative and clerical support: greet visitors, manage phones and messages, schedule appointments, maintain filing and office supplies, prepare reports, process basic accounting tasks, and handle confidential information.

The Financial Analyst reviews and reconciles financial statement balances related to equipment and real estate leases, coordinates lease activity with operations, vendors, and real estate teams, and supports cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance, and treasury initiatives. The role provides finance support to Twin County and Wythe Hospitals, including occasional travel to Wythe for on-site collaboration.

Coordinates hospital-wide materials management, including forecasting inventory needs, ordering medical and office supplies, processing returns, managing recalls, organizing storage, maintaining accurate labeling and charge capture, and reconciling purchase orders with packing slips. Partners with clinical, purchasing, finance, and leadership teams to maintain adequate supplies, support timely payment, ensure documentation accuracy, and help sustain uninterrupted patient care.

Builds rehabilitation program census through face-to-face outreach, community education, referral-source relationship development, presentations, and in-services. Identifies admission barriers and develops solutions with program leadership. The role requires extensive onsite and territory-based work with patients, families, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners.

Oversees all financial operations for a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable, month-end close, financial reporting, and internal and external audits. Leads departmental planning, staffing, compliance, efficiency initiatives, and staff development while partnering with senior leadership and ensuring financial and operational goals support the hospital’s mission.
