Lead enterprise consultative sales for Mosaic’s UKG-focused HCM advisory and implementation services. Develop account strategies, manage complex sales cycles, engage executive stakeholders, conduct discovery, build quantified business cases, coordinate UKG and consulting resources, and maintain forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and deal governance. The role focuses on enterprise service and distribution organizations and requires strategic relationship management, channel partnerships, and travel as needed while working remotely.

Own end-to-end renewals across customer tiers, including pricing discussions, contract negotiations, paperwork, renewal forecasting, and revenue-reduction tracking. Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams on pricing exceptions, multi-year agreements, and at-risk accounts. Maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce and help improve on-time renewal rates, retained ARR, forecast accuracy, and downgrade prevention.

Provides remote consulting and client support for UKG Pro HR systems. The consultant advises clients on effective system use, builds trusted relationships, supports HR workflows and deliverables, collaborates internally across service areas, and develops consulting and outsourcing skills. The role requires HRIS exposure, Microsoft Office proficiency, remote work capability, and travel as needed. UKG experience, HR department experience, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Coordinates project activities across HCM and WFM implementation phases, maintaining schedules, budgets, risks, issues, documentation, and status updates. Supports client and internal meetings, tracks milestones and deliverables, escalates concerns, and ensures consistent use of project management processes and tools. The role partners with project managers, consultants, and clients while gradually assuming ownership of smaller projects.

Manage a high-volume Tier 3 customer portfolio using playbook-driven touchpoints and self-service resources. Track CSAT, NPS, referenceability, retention, and account contacts in Salesforce. Monitor accounts for growth and expansion signals, escalate tier-up opportunities to senior customer success leaders, and identify strong customer outcomes for references and case studies.

Leads Mosaic’s Customer Success function, managing eight team members across customer success and renewals. Owns portfolio retention, revenue growth, account segmentation, engagement standards, client health, references, renewal readiness, and executive reporting. Partners with Sales, delivery, operations, and UKG stakeholders on account growth and customer outcomes. Requires deep experience in customer success or account management, team leadership, HCM/payroll technology, enterprise software, and portfolio-level retention or revenue ownership.

Owns high-touch relationships for Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise accounts, managing account plans, executive engagement, customer health, satisfaction, escalations, references, and expansion identification. The role serves as an HCM, Payroll, and Workforce Management subject-matter expert, partners with Sales and Delivery teams, and drives retention, customer advocacy, and account growth without direct commercial or negotiation authority.

Process accurate, compliant payroll for multiple clients across varying frequencies and multiple states. Responsibilities include validating and balancing payroll, managing off-cycle payments, supporting tax filings and year-end activities, resolving discrepancies, maintaining payroll configurations, improving processes, documenting procedures, managing client relationships, and meeting billable utilization targets.

Provides strategic consulting and functional support for UKG Pro Workforce Management clients. Leads WFM solution design, configuration, implementation, optimization, roadmaps, and complex initiatives. Manages stakeholders, risks, scope, estimates, forecasting, and client expectations while creating documentation, testing, and training materials. Identifies optimization and growth opportunities, supports account health, mentors consultants, and contributes to practice improvements. This is a fully remote role requiring up to 40% travel.
