Manage and grow a floorcovering sales territory by securing new accounts and maintaining existing ones. Develop territory strategies, perform product demonstrations and competitive comparisons, generate leads, prepare quotes and reports, coordinate with marketing, submit sales contracts, and visit clients to evaluate needs.

Provide legal support for claims, litigation, and dispute resolution involving personal injury, property damage, warranties, and related matters; negotiate and draft settlements; advise on coverage and risk mitigation; manage outside counsel; support compliance and business partners; maintain productivity and document approvals; engage with mid-management and operational business clients.

Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing by analyzing processes, implementing sustainable improvements, and standardizing best practices. Lead low-to-medium complexity projects, create PFDs and process documentation, conduct safety assessments, develop training and SOPs, and optimize productivity, quality, and costs through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
