As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer at Glean, you will design and launch AI solutions with clients, overseeing the entire engagement process from planning to implementation, while ensuring successful deployment of production software in enterprise environments.

Partner with technical leaders to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, ML, infrastructure, security, and related roles. Build pipelines, source passive candidates, advise on market and compensation, improve interview signal and candidate experience, use data and AI tools to optimize hiring, and scale hiring programs and employer brand.

As a Software Engineer at Glean, you will develop and enhance REST APIs, SDKs, and client libraries, ensuring optimal developer experience and integration across tools. You will focus on API design, security, documentation, and customer feedback to improve the platform.

Design, build, and improve ML systems and infrastructure, mentor junior engineers, and write maintainable code in a customer-focused environment.

Lead global growth marketing across demand generation, digital, ABM, field, and partner marketing. Own pipeline, revenue, and ARR growth; set GTM strategy, allocate investment, measure and optimize performance, coach teams, and embed AI into marketing operations. Partner with Sales, Product, RevOps, and executives to scale predictable pipeline and conversion.

Build and improve automated systems and IaC for customer cloud account/project bootstrapping, authentication wiring, proxy/private networking, and deployment orchestration across AWS and GCP. Enable complex scenarios (BYO-VPC, customer-managed keys, airgapped and custom-region deployments) and collaborate with Platform, Security, Product, and customer teams to increase reliability and reduce manual setup.

Build and operate Kubernetes-based runtime and compute platform for AI/search workloads across multi-cloud environments. Improve reliability, latency, cost, autoscaling, and multitenancy; implement infrastructure-as-code, observability, SLOs, and guardrails; collaborate with product and platform teams; participate in on-call and incident response; drive technical direction for runtime infrastructure.
