Glean is looking for an outstanding Demand Generation manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns and programs that drive business growth. In this highly cross-functional role, you will report to the Head of Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns, working closely with sales, partner teams, and marketing counterparts.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of programs that generate net new leads and influence opportunity creation within our target market segment. Exceptional candidates will bring proven experience driving both wide-reaching demand generation campaigns and hyper-targeted account based marketing programs.

You will:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue – including content syndication, paid newsletters, email nurtures, direct mail, referral programs, demo programs, and more.
- Manage the webinar program from concept through promotion, logistics, and follow-up, including direct, 3rd party, and partner webinars.
- Collaborate closely with BDRs and sales counterparts to efficiently operationalize campaigns, ensuring successful enablement, consistent follow-through, and clear communication throughout all stages.
- Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop compelling messaging, conversion-optimized landing page copy, and relevant visual assets that drive engagement across the buyer’s journey.
- Identify opportunities for net new lead generation, keeping a pulse on industry trends and best practices to ensure demand generation efforts are innovative and competitive.
- Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine strategies, track performance, and optimize for higher conversion rates and cost-effectiveness.
- Execute targeted ABM strategies for high-value accounts, aligning marketing efforts with sales to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure consistent alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee demand generation and account-based marketing campaign lifecycle, managing all phases from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools; SFDC and Marketo preferred. Experience with Sendoso and Apollo is a plus.
- Experience growing a database organically via multiple channels.
- Proven ability to partner successfully with sales teams by generating qualified leads for SDRs and BDRs. Experience implementing effective sales enablement processes to maximize the reach and impact of demand generation campaigns.
- Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and sharp creative instincts.
- Innovative, resourceful, and dynamic, with the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.

- This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View or San Francisco office)
Compensation & Benefits:
The standard base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $187,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
