Lead sourcing, underwriting, and ongoing monitoring of venture capital managers. Lead sales enablement content strategy, create and govern sales collateral in Loopio and Seismic, develop playbooks and training, support high-priority proposals, collaborate with marketing, investment teams, and stakeholders, and measure content adoption and impact to improve business development effectiveness.

Serve as strategic HR partner to assigned business units, advising leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, organizational design, change management, and HC analytics. Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, coach managers, manage investigations and disciplinary actions, track workforce KPIs, and collaborate across HR to deliver integrated people solutions.
