Support Manager Research by coordinating research information, triaging requests, running queries and reports, maintaining multiple databases and inboxes, managing operational processes, and facilitating communications across research teams. Contribute to projects, troubleshoot reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery in a deadline-driven hybrid environment.

Lead client relationship management and business development for ultra-high-net-worth private clients and family offices. Drive new business, retain and deepen client relationships, oversee proposals and onboarding, mentor junior staff, coordinate with investment teams, and report on retention and revenue performance.

Drive client acquisition and growth in the Southeast by developing business development strategies, identifying and engaging prospects (endowments, foundations, pensions, private clients), managing relationships, updating CRM, coordinating with investment, client service and marketing teams, representing the firm at events, and mentoring junior staff to support firm-wide growth objectives.

Manage and validate investment manager data, engage with external managers and vendors, update internal databases, investigate and resolve data exceptions, support cross-functional requests, lead outsourced data entry quality, create training/documentation, identify process improvements, and use Excel and IT partnerships to ensure data integrity.

Provide high-level administrative support to Investment Directors and team, including extensive calendar management, complex travel booking, meeting logistics, preparing materials and correspondence, research, expense and timesheet reconciliation, CRM and Box file management, virtual meeting support, mentoring junior admin staff, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and firm standards.

Lead and manage bespoke investment portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients, driving asset allocation, manager selection, risk management, performance monitoring, client engagement, team leadership, and business development. Serve as senior investment leader and mentor while building referral networks and representing the firm externally.

Serve as the front-line receptionist supporting Arlington workplace operations: greet visitors, manage calls and badges, coordinate catering and meetings, maintain common areas and vendor/contact records, assist with new-hire orientations, and report facilities/IT issues to staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
