Support Investment Directors in diligence and monitoring of venture capital and growth equity managers. Attend fundraising and on-site meetings, analyze manager performance and terms, conduct reference calls, prepare materials and market updates, and represent the firm at manager meetings.

Support daily cash management, payments, reconciliations, forecasting, and banking administration across domestic and international entities. Execute electronic payments, resolve banking discrepancies, prepare treasury reports and journal entries, assist audits, document controls, and support process improvements and cross-functional treasury projects.

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for complex client onboarding, transitions, service changes and off-boardings for U.S. Private Clients. Act as senior liaison to stakeholders and external providers, manage risks and governance, drive cross-functional decisions, and ensure disciplined delivery. Contribute to operating model improvements, lead post-implementation reviews, and provide subject-matter expertise and guidance to colleagues.

Review and reconcile NAV, positions, capital calls/distributions, fund expenses and cash; validate fee and waterfall calculations; liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors and clients; prepare audit schedules and draft financial statements; ensure compliance with governing documents and accounting standards; support process improvements and automation; serve as primary contact for fund accounting inquiries.

Support Manager Research by coordinating research information, triaging requests, running queries and reports, maintaining multiple databases and inboxes, managing operational processes, and facilitating communications across research teams. Contribute to projects, troubleshoot reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery in a deadline-driven hybrid environment.

Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of institutional and private clients in the San Francisco region, driving retention and new business, coordinating tailored investment solutions with internal teams, leading proposals and onboarding, mentoring associates, and meeting targets for client satisfaction and net revenue growth.
