Lead implementation and optimization of NonAcute contracts for Vizient clients by coordinating contract connections, analyzing spend and pricing opportunities, supporting onboarding, resolving pricing/activation issues, maintaining contract and membership data, and improving implementation processes while collaborating with clients, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams.

Lead end-to-end process improvement and operational optimization initiatives. Assess current-state operations, design future-state workflows and governance, define KPIs, and implement automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with product, engineering, and operations, facilitate stakeholder alignment and change adoption, manage risks and delivery, and mentor junior consultants to drive measurable operational improvements.
