The Plant Manager will supervise plant operations, ensure production quality, improve performance, and coordinate with maintenance and technical teams, overseeing multiple units and a team of over 10 people.

Manage regional sales for special gas delivery equipment, develop technical/commercial proposals, coordinate with France/Taiwan and customers, produce P&ID and product documentation, forecast sales, and support cross-functional project delivery to meet profit and customer requirements.

Lead development and deployment of a multi-year Quality APC program: assess sites, prioritize and implement APC projects, maintain models and digital tools, calculate savings, develop KPIs, mentor APC staff, support operations with troubleshooting, loop tuning, documentation, and project execution to improve plant and system efficiency.

Manage procurement and supply chain operations for Seppic North America: negotiate supplier contracts, oversee MRP/ERP and inventory for Richmond/Polykon sites, lead the Procurement & Supply Chain team, ensure GMP/EFFCi compliance, participate in S&OP, handle shipping and claims, and implement corporate purchasing best practices.

Manage sourcing and negotiation of equipment, materials, and services for large capital projects. Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, analyze bids, negotiate terms, issue POs in SAP, coordinate technical clarifications with engineering and suppliers, maintain purchasing records and supplier relationships, support proposal budgeting, and present procurement updates to project stakeholders.

Provide technical expertise for selection, design, implementation and ongoing management of instrumentation and analytical equipment. Troubleshoot and coordinate contractors/field personnel, specify instruments and suppliers, develop control strategies, manage selected projects, train staff, and maintain Safety Instrument System documentation while promoting safety and quality.

Provides commercial legal counsel to management and business teams across Canada and the United States. Drafts, reviews, interprets, and negotiates complex contracts; manages standard forms; assesses legal and business risks; advises on compliance, disputes, claims, and contract breaches; supports commercial settlements; trains personnel; monitors regulatory changes; and improves legal processes and efficiencies.

Lead independent R&D for semiconductor deposition processes and precursor molecules using ALD and CVD. Develop dielectric, metal, and alloy thin films; operate and troubleshoot deposition tools; perform advanced metrology and film characterization; solve multidisciplinary technical problems; define technology roadmaps; mentor scientists; collaborate globally with customers, marketing, academic, and industry partners; and support patents and commercialization.

Provides technical support to plant operations by optimizing production, monitoring KPIs and OEE, resolving performance gaps, improving procedures, supporting process safety, and enabling consistent quality and productivity. The role works with operators and cross-functional teams, transfers technical knowledge, supports improvement projects, and promotes safe, efficient manufacturing of advanced chemical materials.

Provides technical support for plant operations by optimizing production, resolving process issues, monitoring KPIs and OEE, improving safety, quality, and productivity, and implementing small improvement projects. Updates SOPs and training materials, transfers technical knowledge to operators, supports root-cause investigations, and collaborates with Maintenance, R&D, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams in a chemical manufacturing environment.
