ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates.
We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will always be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.

1. Communicate with both ALES France and Taiwan to develop solutions to accountable region/affiliate.
2. To develop correct solutions & technical proposals by good understanding of customers RFQ and markets so as to meet the demand.
3. Detailed knowledge in the methods to create P&ID, technical matrix and other product documentation to successfully manage bidding projects.
4. Make commercial proposals to achieve the company profit/margin target.
5. To network with affiliates/end customers to gain their trust so as to gain insight to their needs, thereby allowing us to be able to offer a preferred, competitive and customized solution.
6. To establish the ability to gain cooperation of others and effectively facilitate cross-functional meetings/discussions in order to win project objectives.
7. To understand project risks so as reducing our exposure to liability.
8. To constantly listen to customers and look for ways to improve our existing products in order to increase competition threshold and sophistication in our products.
9. To ensure effective, accurate and timely communication to cross function departments, and serve as a primary point of contact for the affiliate/customer so that customer RFQ, request and demand are quickly and effectively attended to.
10. To forecast sales through project and marketing updated reports so as to give the manager a good picture of sales outlook and target.
11. To support the unexpected assignment by the manager.
