Leads regional revenue operations by aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Owns forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, sales methodology adoption, data integrity, reporting, process optimization, sales enablement, compensation, pricing support, and commercial governance. Analyzes revenue metrics and operational trends to provide strategic insights, improve productivity, and drive predictable growth across the customer lifecycle.

Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, escalation management and advanced training for AspenTech APC products (Aspen DMC3, Aspen GDOT). Deliver pre-sales consultations, develop training materials, participate in pre-release testing, mentor team members, deploy solutions onsite, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success and product improvements. Travel up to 25%.

Lead and scale software quality engineering across the SDLC by defining test automation, CI/CD quality gates, and shift-left practices. Partner with engineering and product to embed quality in Agile/SAFe workflows, drive risk-based testing, improve release predictability, and coach teams on testability, observability, and continuous improvement.

Provide advanced technical support, training, and pre-sales consultation for AspenTech APC software. Troubleshoot complex customer issues, deliver intermediate/advanced training, develop training materials, drive escalations cross-functionally, participate in pre-release testing, coach team members, and support deployments and onsite consultancy. Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to product knowledgebase and improvement projects.

Lead product vision and execution for AspenTechs capital cost estimation portfolio. Define roadmap, build business cases, manage backlogs in Azure DevOps within SAFe, coordinate R&D integration, translate complex engineering workflows into modern web experiences, conduct user and market research, and align stakeholders across Sales, UX, and engineering.

Lead and grow a team of quality engineers in an Agile environment to embed quality into AspenTech's Performance Engineering Suite. Drive adoption of testing technologies and best practices, create and execute behavior tests using Gherkin, collaborate with product owners and technical leads on testable features, and improve quality metrics and KPIs for software delivered to customers.
