Own expansion and retention for strategic customers by building executive relationships, driving renewals and upsells, forecasting, negotiating pricing/contracts, presenting usage/ROI data, managing commercial inquiries, and partnering cross-functionally to close deals and grow account investment. Lead and expand data partnerships (data warehouses, CDPs, identity solutions) end-to-end, align product and GTM strategies, drive joint revenue and integrations, and manage executive relationships to improve customer outcomes and partner-driven growth.

Lead partner integration messaging and go-to-market for technology integrations. Build launch playbooks, craft content and co-marketing assets, enable partners and internal teams, drive integration adoption, identify case studies, and coordinate with Product, Partnerships, CS, and Marketing to amplify "better together" stories.

Lead architecture and implementation of Attentive's Onsite Growth platform, building scalable backend services, APIs, and shared infrastructure. Drive cross-functional technical strategy with product, design, ML, and data teams, improve system reliability and observability, and mentor engineers. Identify and remediate systemic risks while enabling experimentation and AI-driven optimization to increase onsite conversion and list growth.

Execute and optimize cross-channel retention marketing (SMS, email, push) for large brands using the Attentive platform. Build campaigns, journeys, segments, and reports; collaborate with CSM, Support, and Professional Services to drive customer adoption, measure key metrics, provide creative solutions, and maintain documentation and internal workflows.

Act as a technical liaison between customers, Customer Success, and Engineering to triage and resolve technical issues via Zendesk/JIRA/calls. Handle incidents (including on-call), translate customer feedback into engineering actions, develop reusable solutions, identify and escalate bugs, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate site event incidents.

Serve as the primary FP&A partner for G&A functions, owning annual budget and rolling forecasts, headcount modeling, KPI definition, monthly business reviews, variance and driver analysis, financial modeling for investments, partnering with Accounting, and improving planning processes and tooling (Anaplan, NetSuite, Excel, AI-assisted workflows).
