Creates and validates mechanical designs, technical drawings, calculations, schematics, and documentation supporting sales, engineering, and manufacturing. Build alerts and integrations using analytics, workflow automation, APIs, RPA, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform tools. Measure improvements in efficiency, cycle time, data quality, adoption, and productivity while collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.

Manage full product lifecycle for industrial textiles (forming and dryer fabrics), define strategies using market/customer insights, lead cross-functional NPD, build business cases, develop sales tools/pricing, and optimize portfolio performance and profitability.

Lead global spare parts procurement for mechanical components (castings, forgings, assemblies). Execute sourcing, negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, define supply strategies, maintain ERP item/pricing data, support cost estimation, drive cost reduction, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and oversee inventory to optimize working capital and delivery performance.

Provide service and support for doctor blade products and engineered doctoring equipment across North America. Build customer and sales-team relationships, perform inspections, develop service strategy, deliver training, and maintain schedules and communications to grow and retain business.
